The Journey Fellowship for Experienced Youth Workers  (Executive Fellowship)

Each year, since 2003,  25-30 experienced youth development professionals and early-career youth workers have participated as fellows in a year-long program of retreats and experiences to build professional community, refresh themselves personally and renew themselves professionally

The Journey Fellowship for Prospective Youth Workers

Since 2003 25-50 students between the ages of 16 and 24 have participated in a year-long programs including retreats, educational workshops, paid internships, and projects to develop themselves and explore a career in the field of youth work.

The Courage To Lead For School Leaders

A 3-retreat series for school and education leadership focused on developing and renewing the heart of the leader through experiences of reflection, dialogue and group learning

Customized consulting and learning experiences to renew philanthropists and giving organizations

Customized Renewal Experiences For Groups

Learning and growing experiences for groups of all sizes from two-hour activities to three-day retreats helping individuals and groups approach their work in inspiring and renewing ways

Keynotes / Consulting on Org. Leadership and Renewal

Keynotes and workshops for conferences and meetings, and consulting and technical assistance for organizations wanting to bring renewal to their work
