Since 2003 25-50 students between the ages of 16 and 24 have participated in a year-long programs including retreats, educational workshops, paid internships, and projects to develop themselves and explore a career in the field of youth work.

A 3-retreat series for school and education leadership focused on developing and renewing the heart of the leader through experiences of reflection, dialogue and group learning
